1. Regulatory Compliance
We function strictly as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) of Banks and NBFCs.
We follow the Code of Conduct for DSAs as laid down by Banks, NBFCs, and regulatory bodies.
All loan applications are processed as per the guidelines, policies, and discretion of the respective lending institutions.
2. Fair Practices
We do not charge any hidden fees or ask for advance payments from customers.
Any charges applicable (processing fees, GST, etc.) are levied directly by the Bank or NBFC and communicated transparently to the customer.
We ensure fair communication and provide accurate product details to every customer.
3. Customer Data Protection
All customer information shared with us is kept confidential and secure.
We use the data strictly for loan processing purposes with partner institutions.
We comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
4. Transparency & Disclosure
Customers are informed about loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment schedules, and terms before application submission.
We do not provide any guarantee of loan approval; the final decision rests entirely with the lending Bank/NBFC.
5. Grievance Redressal
We ensure that customer queries and grievances are addressed promptly.
In case of unresolved issues, customers have the right to escalate their concerns to the respective Bank/NBFC .
6. Advisory for Customers
As per guidelines, customers are advised to:
Deal only with authorized Banks/NBFCs and registered DSAs.
Never make advance cash payments to any DSA/agent.
Verify loan offers directly with the lending Bank or NBFC before signing documents.
